Announcements

540's Food Drive is back,

Over the coming weeks, the squadron will be running a Spring Food Drive, to support local food insecurity initiatives. We ask that you please bring in at least a couple items for donation. Donations will be collected each training night starting April 23rd, up until Tuesday, May 14th.

Additionally, the flight that brings in the most donations by May 14th will earn a pizza party for the entire flight! Bring in as many donations as you can to help support our community and fight food insecurity. All proceeds will be donated to the Fare Share Food Bank in Oakville.

Fare Share Food Bank Oakville has several items that are needed for the month of April and May including canned items, dry goods and kids snacks. Please visit their website for more information. Please make sure that donations are non-perishable/canned only and are not expired, opened or damaged in any way.

If you have any questions, please let your chain of command know.

Let's give back to the community this spring!
